Welcome to Suporta. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Suporta platform, website, and services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Suporta is a cloud-based helpdesk and customer support platform that helps businesses manage support tickets, track customer interactions, and streamline their support operations. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with or without notice.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
  • Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription and Payments

Suporta offers various subscription plans. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to the following:

  • Billing: Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your selected plan. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
  • Free Trial: We may offer a free trial period. At the end of the trial, your account will be converted to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds: Refunds are generally not provided except as required by law or at our sole discretion.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
  • Transmit any harmful, offensive, or illegal content.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may perform scheduled maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance of planned downtime.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Suporta and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account settings.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of the Netherlands.
